Andrew Hoolihan

I am a long standing local in the Northern Rivers region, having been raised in the area and reside now in Lennox Head with my wife and two daughters.

I have a Business Degree (Property) from the University of Queensland have worked in the property valuation industry for over 25 years. Having done my training and spent my early working years in Brisbane,
I then worked in London for DTZ before moving back to the Northern Rivers in 2001, where I have since been based.

I have a particular focus on the Northern Rivers’ residential market, rural property and small-scale commercial, retail and industrial property. I am an accredited specialist retail valuer and undertake market rental assessments for rental negotiation and determination purposes.

Since commencing my own practice in 2016, I have specialised in undertaking single expert witness reports for litigation, family law and estate finalisation matters. I also specialise in undertaking valuations for the determination of Unit Entitlements for Strata Plan registration purposes.

I am also able to provide advice for pre-purchase and or disposal purposes and am happy to advise you or your company on a particular property or site.
